To make a one-time gift that will be charged immediately in its full amount –

• Visit our giving page to make your contribution
• Enter the gift amount and fund designation
• Click 'Add donation', then verify the gift amount and designation in the box
• Complete the billing information
• You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided

To register for monthly giving and have your gift charged to your account each month (until you contact our office for changes or until your card expires*) –

• Visit our giving page to make your contribution
• Enter the amount you would like deducted monthly and choose a designation
• After clicking 'Add donation' verify the gift amount and designation in the box
• Select Recurring (ongoing)
• The frequency of your scheduled gifts will be the first Monday of every month
• Select the date to start
• Complete the billing information
• Verify all information is correct, then click 'Donate Now'
• You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided

*Due to our tight security standards, you will need to update your card number by re-filling our giving form to update card information.

You can make a gift that is charged to your account in regular installments that end when your pledge is complete –

• Visit our giving page to make your contribution
• Under amount, enter the total gift amount you wish to pledge
• Click 'Add donation' and verify the total gift amount and designation in the box
• Under 'Additional Information' select 'Pledge' (installments)
• Enter the number installments you wish to make (the installment amount will update below)
• The frequency of your scheduled gifts will be the first Monday of every month
• Select the date to start installments
• Complete the billing information
• Verify all information is correct and click 'Donate Now'
• You will receive a confirmation email to the address provided

The Chemeketa Foundation can accept non-cash donations. Examples include –

• Stock
• Equipment
• Materials and supplies
• Artwork
• Motor vehicles*

The donor and receiving college department will need to complete our Chemeketa Foundation In-kind Gift Form prior to accepting the gift. You should speak with a representative of the Foundation before submitting your completed form. Please contact Jamie Wenigmann at 503.399.5148, or by email.

Gifts of services are not tax-deductible contributions.

Valuation of Gifts-In-Kind
The value assigned to a gift-in-kind is the responsibility of the donor and/or an authorized appraiser. Chemeketa Community College and its employees are not allowed to assign a dollar value to a donor's gift.

*Motor Vehicle Donations
The donor must first contact the Foundation or auto department with vehicle information and receive approval from the receiving department prior to transferring the motor vehicle. We will need –

• Vehicle identification number
• Clear title to the vehicle
• Donor tax identification number
